About Us

The Thomas Toffee journey began when Keith and Mary first met and realized their love for cooking and baking together. Recognizing this shared love, the generations old English toffee recipe was handed down to them by Keith's family. Keith and Mary’s family began to grow with their three sons, and it grew again when their children got married and blessed the family with their first grandson. During the last several decades making toffee together became a tradition for holidays and special occasions. Throughout the years the Thomases have been asked by family and friends to sell their English toffee, but it wasn’t until now that they decided to undertake the endeavor. Their children, pooling the knowledge gained from their various careers, have taken up the task of turning the beloved family tradition into an opportunity to share this special and meaningful treat with the world. Another important family tradition has to do with the dogs on the box, which showcase the third set of English Springers to share the family journey. Toby (on the front of the box) and Tucker (on the side) are one more symbol of the love of family and tradition.
